Great store with super service and great selection
Oh please don't have an issue with how your receipt rings up. They will be cross and short with you. And God forbid the old lady in guest service helps you. I was nice and literally made to wait ten minutes for "help". If you call being short and not listening help. Sign tells you one price while the receipt says about fifty cents more. Btw thats actual fals advertising. Oh but the receipt says you saved six dollars. Just remember that because instead of listening to me he repeated it crossly and impatiently. Whoever the bald man that came to customer service was is an absolute jerk and refused to fully listen to me. And I get he thought I was some young kid that he could be rude to, but that doesn't give him the right to not give customer service. Funny thing was I wasn't rude, didn't scream, only got upset when he treated me like a dumb child with no need for respect. I will be letting main main management or corporate know how I was handled today.
I grew up in the community and loved Kohlers. Unfortunately, Ridley's always has long lines (sometimes 20 or 30 min lines) sub-par employees and poor selection. I hope the guy who owns Ridley's see how he's driving this grocery store into the ground because he thinks he's saving a little money by hiring cheap, immature employees, decreasing inventory and keeping the store understaffed. Your store in a joke!
The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The prices weren't bad either.
Fine produce and meat enthusiasts probably wont like the produce or deli here. For an average Joe like myself, it's gets the job done.
